Great stay with family! Quiet accommodation and close to the beach, very practical for children. Everything is within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, shops, pharmacy, ...). In short, everything was perfect, we will surely come back! The best part was the jacuzzi which really made us feel on vacation!

Very well located duplex, quiet and in the immediate vicinity of a beach along the restaurant Le Lagon and shops including Leader Price 150m away, very useful.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city center of Saint Leu and 30 seconds walk from the beach. We spent two weeks with six people in the accommodation and we highly recommend it. The host is adorable and very responsive in case of problems.

M'SERVICE CONCIERGE
I am the manager of M'service conciergerie which I created on July 18, 2022, with experience in the building construction and renovation sector, I took care of customer relations, calls for tenders and site management on behalf of the family business.
I wanted to do something for myself, I like contact with people, great encounters and I admit I'm not disappointed.
I have met wonderful people since I started my business, whether it is the owners who entrust their property to me, or the travelers for whom I am happy to be available throughout their stay.
I love this island, I feel at home here and I like to show it to others.

How can I book this vacation rental?You can book at any time on our site, by going to the “Our rentals” page.

What is the cancellation policy?The cancellation policy for our rentals is standard and available on the booking page. We advise you to take out "travel cancellation insurance" and go to the "booking" page for all the information.

What additional costs should I consider?Some rentals charge an additional fee for end-of-stay cleaning. Tourist tax is also an additional fee and is mandatory. They are mentioned at the bottom of each advert.

How can I collect the keys and enter the vacation rental?Upon your arrival, the person in charge of welcoming you will hand over the keys to you in person. An appointment will be offered to you by SMS at the address of the accommodation.

What equipment is provided in the seasonal rental?Our accommodations are all very well equipped, sheets and towels are included in each accommodation.

How can I contact the vacation rental manager if I have questions or problems?In each of the rentals a number is at your disposal, we can be reached for any questions during your stay.

How do I know if the vacation rental is available on the dates I am interested in?All you have to do is go to the “Our rentals” page and enter your dates on the calendar, a selection of available properties will be displayed, all you have to do is choose the one that suits you.

How can I pay for vacation rental?All payments are made by transfer to the bank details that I will have sent to you for the transaction, free of charge.

What are the check-in and check-out times?Arrival times are generally from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and departures at 10 a.m. But we are flexible for arrivals knowing that flight delays can occur. This is why we give you an appointment and for any delay, we ask you to notify us to avoid making you wait when you arrive.

How can I get information about local attractions or things to do in the area?Each accommodation is equipped with a digital booklet which will be useful to you for all information related to the accommodation, but also for your travels and activities on Reunion Island.
